Official Rules of the “Gold Rush” Promotion
  • 1. Terms and General Provisions of the Rules:
  • 1.1. These Official Rules (hereinafter – the “Rules”) of the “Gold Rush” promotion (hereinafter – the “Promotion”) establish the procedure and conditions for its implementation. The Promotion is a marketing campaign aimed at encouraging affiliates and promoting the website https://salesdoubler.pro/en/.
  • 1.2. Participation in the Promotion is free. The Promotion is not a gambling activity and may not be used in any form of gambling.
  • 1.3. Participation in the Promotion implies the participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions of these Rules.
    1.4. The organizer of the Promotion is LLC «ФІНЛАЙН» (Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (EDRPOU) code 37726116) (hereinafter — the “Organizer”).
    1.5. A prize recipient is a Participant who has acquired the right to receive a Prize in accordance with these Rules and who has fulfilled the conditions specified in Section 3 of these Rules.
    1.6. Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held within the territory of Ukraine (excluding temporarily occupied territories, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and territories where hostilities are taking place).
    1.7. Promotion period: The Promotion will be held from 00:00 on October 1, 2025, until 23:59 on December 31, 2025 (inclusive), Kyiv time (hereinafter — the “Promotion Period”).
    All Prizes will be awarded no later than February 28, 2026.

    1.10. The Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right to change the Rules of the Promotion, its duration, including on new terms, within the Promotion Period. Information regarding the extension of the Promotion will be published in advance on the official page of the Promotion https://goldrush.salesdoubler.pro/en/rules.html
    1.11. Partners are businesses cooperating with the Organizer with the purpose of increasing awareness and consumer demand for their goods and services.
  • 2. Participants of the Promotion
  • 2.1. Participants of the Promotion are individual persons* and legal entities**, who have duly registered on the platform https://salesdoubler.pro/en/ successfully passed the relevant verification, and have been approved by the Organizer as affiliates, and who have expressed their willingness to participate in the Promotion by completing the registration process in accordance with Section 2.2 of these Rules.
  • *individual persons are citizens of Ukraine or individuals holding a temporary/permanent residence permit in Ukraine whose place of residence can be established within Ukraine, who are not subject to restrictions under applicable Ukrainian legislation, who are at least 18 years old at the time of the Promotion, who possess full legal capacity, have no outstanding criminal convictions, who have fulfilled the conditions set forth in Section 2.2 of these Rules within the Promotion Period, who fully agree to the Promotion Rules, and who have given their consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with these Rules.
  • ** Legal entities are organizations duly registered under the legislation of Ukraine, having their own legal capacity, separate property, acting on their own behalf and bearing independent property liability, and which do not have, among their directors, founders/shareholders, or beneficial owners, any citizens of the russian federation, the Republic of Belarus, or other countries subject to sanctions pursuant to the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the United Nations, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, or any other countries or international organizations.
  • By participating in the Promotion, each Participant confirms and warrants that they, as well as their related parties (for individuals – relatives and business partners; for legal entities – directors, shareholders/founders/participants, and beneficial owners, including business partners and any affiliated persons), are not included among individuals subject to special economic or other restrictive measures (sanctions) imposed by the United States, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, the European Union, and are not citizens or residents of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, or any other countries subject to sanctions by the aforementioned jurisdictions, and do not cooperate with any individuals or legal entities that include or consist of citizens of such countries.
  • 2.2. To participate in the Promotion and be eligible to receive a Prize, a Participant must, during the Promotion Period, complete the following actions:
    2.2.1. Confirm participation in the Promotion by registering on the SalesDoubler Advertising and Analytics Platform and/or authorizing in the personal account as a User (Affiliate) in accordance with the Public Offer Agreement Rules of Use of the SalesDoubler website;
    2.2.2. Accumulate the required number of conditional points “Ingots”, starting from at least three (3) Ingots. One Ingot represents an equivalent value in hryvnias for the purposes of conditional calculation. A Participant may obtain Ingots in the following manner:
    2.2.2.1. Conduct marketing activities aimed at enabling a natural person visiting the Resource to distribute advertising and/or informational materials of the Partners in accordance with each “Mine.” In this case, the qualifying action in each “Mine” is as follows:
    3 Ingots = 1 CPS (according to the Partner’s requirements in each “Mine”).
  • 2.2.2.2. The Participant is obliged to carry out the marketing activities specified in Section 2.2.2.1 in the PDL-Ukraine affiliate programs, as defined at the following link
    2.2.2.3. Each Partner presents its affiliate program in the respective “Mine”. A Participant may choose either a single “Mine” or all of them.
    2.3. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:
    2.3.1. individuals who have not complied with the provisions of these Rules;
    2.3.2. individuals who do not possess full civil capacity;
    2.3.3. individuals with outstanding criminal convictions.
    2.4. Persons who meet the requirements set forth in Section 2.1 and have fulfilled the conditions provided in Section 2.2 of these Rules will become Participants of the Promotion.
    2.5. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant confirms that they have read and understood these Rules. A Participant’s refusal to duly comply with these Rules will be deemed a refusal to participate in the Promotion and to receive a Prize. In the event of a violation of any of the conditions and/or requirements of these Rules, even if all other provisions are fulfilled, such person will forfeit the right to receive a Prize or any compensation.
    2.6. The Participant can view the number of conditional points (“Ingots”) in their personal account on the Platform https://salesdoubler.pro/en.
    2.7.The number of “Ingots” of a Participant will be calculated by the Organizer.
  • 3. Prizes of the Promotion and Procedure for Their Receipt
    The prize fund of the Promotion shall be formed at the discretion of the Organizer.
  • 3.2. Prizes for Participants who reach the TOP 10 are as follows:
    Prize № 1 for 1st place - 140 000,00 UAH.
    Prize № 2 for 2nd place - 105 000,00 UAH.
    Prize № 3 for 3rd place - 60 000,00 UAH.
    Prize № 4 for 4th place - 30 000,00 UAH.
    Prize № 5 for 5th place - 15 000,00 UAH.
    Prize № 6 № 7 № 8 № 9 та № 10 for 6th–10th places - 3 000,00 UAH.
  • 3.3. Prizes for Participants who do not enter the TOP 10:
    ● branded items from the Organizer (merchandise).
  • 3.4. Prizes for special nominations:
    ● Nomination “Greatest Growth”* - 20 000,00 UAH.
    ● Nomination “Best Newcomer” - 20 000,00 UAH.
  • *All Participants who were already registered on the platform https://salesdoubler.pro/en/ during the period from June 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025 in any of the four available affiliate programs (“Mines”), will take part in the “Greatest Growth” nomination. In this nomination, the Participant who, during the Promotion Period, has increased the volume of traffic generated and accepted by Partners compared to the previous three months before the start of the Promotion, will be selected.
  • ** All Participants who registered on the platform https://salesdoubler.pro/en/ on or after October 1, 2025, or who had registered earlier but did not generate traffic during the last two years in any of the four available affiliate programs (“Mines”), will take part in the “Best Newcomer” nomination. In this nomination, the Participant who, during the Promotion Period, has increased the volume of traffic generated and accepted by Partners compared to the previous months before the start of the Promotion, will be selected.
  • 3.5. In the event of winning any Prize, a Participant has the right to refuse to receive it in favor of the subsequent transfer of the monetary value of the Prize to the Armed Forces of Ukraine into the designated accounts of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and/or the National Bank of Ukraine.
    3.6. Guaranteed Prizes may be received by the first Participants who meet the requirements specified in Section 2.2 of these Rules and who secure a place in the TOP 10 ranking for each sponsor’s affiliate program. The same Participant may receive Prizes by securing a place in each separate TOP 10 for each affiliate program. Prizes are cumulative.
    3.7. Random Prizes may be received by Participants who rank below the TOP 10 and who meet the requirements specified in Section 2.2 of these Rules.
    3.8. Cash Prizes in the nominations “Greatest Growth during the Promotion Period” and “Best Newcomer” may be awarded to Participants who meet the requirements specified in Section 2.2 of these Rules and correspond to the nomination criteria. The winners in these nominations shall be determined by the Organizer.
    3.9. Each one conditional point (“Ingot”) is equivalent to one chance to win the random prize.
    3.10. To receive the Prizes specified in Sections 3.2 and 3.4 of these Rules, the Winner must, within one (1) calendar month from the date of the end of the Promotion Period, provide the Organizer with the required information through their personal manager or via the Telegram bot https://t.me/sdcat_bot (1) For individuals: Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), passport series and number or ID, their email address registered on the SalesDoubler Advertising and Analytics Platform, and a bank account in IBAN format with a Ukrainian bank. (2) For legal entities: Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (EDRPOU) code, registered and postal address, email address registered on the SalesDoubler Advertising and Analytics Platform, and banking details including an account in IBAN format.
    Attention! Transfers of the Prizes specified in Sections 3.2 and 3.4 of these Rules to accounts opened with foreign banks will not be carried out.
    3.11. To receive the Prizes specified in Section 3.3 of these Rules, the Winner must, within one (1) calendar month from the date of the end of the Promotion Period, provide the Organizer, through their personal manager or via the Telegram bot https://t.me/sdcat_bot their email address registered on the SalesDoubler Advertising and Analytics Platform, telephone number, and the address of their “Nova Poshta” branch for the delivery of the Prizes by the Organizer.
    3.12.The drawing of the Prizes specified in Section 3.3 of these Rules shall be carried out. Participants have the right to refuse to receive the Prizes altogether or to request that they be donated to charity in accordance with Section 3.5 of these Rules.
    3.13. If a Participant, for any reason, refuses to receive a Prize(s), they will not have the right to transfer it (them) to any third parties and, in such case, will forfeit the right to receive the Prize(s). The Participant will complete a written refusal to this effect.
    3.14. The Organizer shall have the right to designate as the Prize Recipient the next person from the total number of individuals who have complied with the Rules of the Promotion, in the event that a Participant refuses to receive the Prize or forfeits the right to receive it.
    3.15. The Organizer shall not be liable for the further use of the Prizes after their receipt, including but not limited to the inability to use the Prize for any reason, as well as for any potential consequences arising from the use of the Prize. If a Prize remains unawarded due to a Participant’s failure to comply with the requirements specified in these Rules, the Organizer will dispose of the Prize at its own discretion.
    3.16. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant confirms the Organizer’s right to transfer the Participant’s voluntarily provided personal data to third parties, solely for the purpose of receiving the Prizes.
  • 3.17. By participating in the Program, the Participant confirms that they are informed of the terms and procedure of taxation of the value of gifts in accordance with Article 165.1.39 of the Tax Code of Ukraine and acknowledges and understands all related consequences.
  • The Organizer informs the Participant that, in accordance with Article 165.1.39 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, the value of gifts is not included in the calculation of the total monthly (annual) taxable income to the extent that it does not exceed 25% of one minimum monthly wage. The Organizer further informs that the specified article of the Tax Code may be applied only once per month.
  • In accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of Ukraine, the Organizer acts as the Participant’s tax agent and is obliged to pay, on behalf of the Participant receiving a Prize, the amount of tax consisting of 18% personal income tax and 5% military levy.
  • Thus, all Prizes are subject to preliminary taxation at a rate of 23%, as the Prize amount exceeds 25% of the minimum wage established on the date of payment. Accordingly, the Winner shall receive to their bank account the monetary value of the Prize specified in Sections 3.2 and 3.4, net of the aforementioned taxes.
  • The amount of taxes may be amended at the legislative level. In the event of such changes, the Organizer shall notify the Participant by making corresponding amendments to these Rules.
  • Attention (!) If you are receiving a government subsidy for the payment of utilities or other types of obligations and assistance, the receipt of a Prize may be considered by the relevant regulatory authorities as your income and may result in the withdrawal of such subsidy.
  • 4. Final Provisions
  • 4.1. These Rules are mandatory for compliance.
    4.2. By participating in the Promotion, Participants grant the Organizer the right, for an indefinite period and in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” to receive, collect, process, register, accumulate, store, modify, update, use, and disseminate (distribute, transfer) information that, under the requirements of the legislation, constitutes personal data. Participants also agree that their data may be entered into a database and used by the Organizer without any time limitations for the purpose of sending information, notifications, conducting telephone surveys, and other activities for informational, marketing, or advertising purposes.
    4.3. A Participant of the Promotion, by taking part in it, grants permission for the sending of communications via SMS message, email, social media message, and other available communication channels for the purpose of receiving notifications about the results of the Promotion, marketing messages, and informational materials regarding the services of the Organizer of the Promotion, without any time limitations.
    4.4. In the event of a situation that allows for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any disputes, and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision will be made by the Organizer.
    4.5 The Organizer’s liability under the Promotion will not exceed the value of the Prizes specified in these Rules.
    4.6. The Organizer shall not be liable for the obligations specified in these Rules in the event of force majeure events as defined by the legislation of Ukraine.
  • 4.7. The conditional points “Ingots” are not a means of payment and cannot be exchanged for any means of payment (money).
    4.8. The terms used in these Rules apply solely to the Promotion conducted under these Rules.
    4.9. All matters not regulated by these Rules will be governed in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
